4.1.30 Unbind/bind Ethernet module MXI2
The C00002 = "102: Unbind/bind Ethernet module MXI2" device command serves to
reinitialise the Ethernet interface of an Ethernet communication module inserted in
module slot MXI2, for instance in order to accept a newly set IP or gateway address without
switching the mains.

