MAINTENANCE AND TROUBLESHOOTING
MAINTENANCE:
1. Maintenance Following Use:
To extend the life of the MK-770, the following procedure should be performed after each use. Lubricate all
points listed below with light oils such as, 3 in 1, WD-40, etc.
2. Monthly Maintenance:
The following maintenance should be performed Monthly.

Ensure the ON/OFF Switch is
in the OFF position
(B)
Unplug MK-770
(C)
Lubricate the Guide Bar
(D)
Lubricate the Roller Wheel
Assembly

Remove the Diamond Blade,
Outer Flange and Retaining
Nut
(B)
Remove the Inner Flange
(C)
Clean and Lubricate the Inner
and Outer Flanges and the
Retaining Nut
Guide Bar
Roller Wheel
Assembly

GFCI
Retaining nut and

Turn counter-
clockwise to loosen
