a) In Arbeitsstellung bringen
Die Spurreißer sind für eine Fahrgasseneinrichtung in
Schleppermitte gedacht. Sie sind im Werk voreingestellt.
Für jeden Spurreißer folgende Arbeitsschritte durchführen:

herausziehen und Raststift

durch Halten des
Spurreißerarms mit der anderen Hand herausnehmen.
Stift

wieder in die Anfangsposition

einsetzen, um den Raststift festzustellen.
- Schrauben

mit Hilfe der Kurbel
5
lockern.
- Sekundäres Rohr in Position bringen.
(3m ab Mitte der Drillmaschine)
- Schrauben

gut anziehen.
Der Abstand der letzten Saatlinie zum Spurreißerrad ist
gleich 1/2 Arbeitsbreite plus 1/2 Reihenabstand.
Der Schrägstand des Rades ist einstellbar und erlaubt so
eine tiefe oder weniger tiefe Bodenmarkierung.

a) Setting to working position
Markers are designed for tractor centreline marking. They
are pre-adjusted in the factory.
For each marker :
- Remove the clip
1
and pull out the pin
2
while holding
the marker arm with the other hand.
Put the clip
1
back in position
3
to secure the
pin.
- Loosen the screws
4
using the crank handle
5
.
- Set the secondary tube in position.
(3m from the middle of the seed drill)
- Lock the screws
4
tightly.
The distance between the last seed row and the marker
disc is equal to a 1/2 working width + a 1/2 spacing.
The slanting of the disc can be adjusted to obtain a more
of less visible marking.

a) Mise en position de travail
Les traceurs sont conçus pour un marquage au centre du
tracteur. Ils sont pré-réglés usine.
Pour chaque traceur il faut :
- Retirer la goupille et dégager la broche

en tenant le
bras de traceur avec l’autre main.
Remettre la goupille
1
en position
3
pour
bloquer la broche.
- Dévisser les vis
4
avec l’aide de la manivelle
5
.
- Mettre le tube secondaire en position.
(3m depuis le milieu du semoir)
- Bien bloquer les vis
4
.
La distance de la dernière ligne de semis au disque de
traceur est égale à une 1/2 largeur de travail plus un 1/2
écartement.
Il est possible de régler l’inclinaison du disque pour avoir
un marquage au sol plus ou moins important.
