Anmerkung
Der maximale Ablagedruck kann über den maximalen
Zylinderhub (mechanischer Anschlag) bestimmt werden.
Der minimale Ablagedruck ergibt sich aus dem Kurbelhub.
- Hydraulikanschluss an einem doppelwirkenden
Hydraulikverteiler vornehmen.

UNKTIONSPRINZIP
:
Wird der Zylinder bei ausgezogenem Stift ausgelöst, erhöht
sich der Schardruck.
Ist der Zylinderkolben dagegen eingezogen, stellt sich die
ursprüngliche Arbeitstiefe mit Hilfe der Kurbel wieder ein.
Die Stellung des Stifts an der Zylinderabdeckung bestimmt
die maximale Arbeitstiefe.

Adjusting the depth control
NB :
The ram stroke limit may determine the maximum depth
pressure (mechanical stop).
The crank stroke will provide the minimum pressure.
- Connect the hydraulics to a double action valve.

PERATING PRINCIPLE
The depth control increases when the extended actuator rod
is actioned.
When the actuator rod is retracted using the crank handle
you return to the initial depth settings.
The maximum depth is determined by the pin position on
the actuator casing.

Modulation de terrage
Remarque
La pression maximum de terrage peut se déterminer par la
course maximum du vérin (butée mécanique).
La pression mini sera donnée par la course de la manivelle.
- Il faut brancher l’hydraulique sur un distributeur
hydraulique double effet.

RINCIPE DE FONCTIONNEMENT
:
Quand on actionne le vérin tige sortie, on augmente le
terrage.
A l’inverse quand on rentre la tige du vérin, alors on retourne
au réglage initial de la profondeur qui est réalisé par la
manivelle.
La position de la cheville sur la chape du vérin permet de
déterminer la profondeur maxi.
