Safety device and error code
The self-diagnosis function built into by the controller and the independent safety device from the
controller are installed in this machine. The table below shows the cause and the processing method
when the safety device operates. When the safety device operates, the error code is displayed to a
main display. Deal with it according to the processing method shown here.
