Creating a PID Loop
The next step is to create a Control Module to control a process. In this example,
we create a PID loop.
Creating the Control Module
To create the Control Module:
1. Click File
⇒
New
⇒
Control Module. You see a blank window for the Control
Module in the center of your screen.
2. Rename the Control Module:
a. Double-click anywhere in the CM Window. You see the Parameter
window.
b. In the Name field, enter FIC102.
3. Select the Server tab and enter the following parameters:
4. Click OK to close the Parameter window.
5. Save your changes by clicking File

Save. Notice that the new Control
Module name appears in the Project Tab.
6. Close the Control Module FIC102.
