Displaying Information
Displaying Information while TV viewing
During viewing the TV, press DiSPLAY to dispiay/
remove the information dispiayed on-screen.
Note:
Program information is dependant and suppiied by
broadcaster, in some cases when DiSPLAY button is
pressed it may not be present or updated, in these
cases piease wait a few seconds before pressing
DiSPLAY button again so as the unit can update
information.
indicates the disc format, free space, and
eiapsed time progress bar.
indicates channei number, station name,
and audio signai by the tuner.
indicates program titie,
start time, end time, etc.

Displaying Disc Information on-screen
You can dispiay various information about the disc
ioaded on-screen.
1. Press DiSPLAY once to show current status.

2. Press DiSPLAY once again to show various
piayback information.
The items dispiayed differ depending on the disc
type or piaying status.

indicates current date and time.
Q] (Extended Text Message icon):
indicates that there is an Extended Text Message
avaiiabie to provide detaiied descriptions of the
program (see page 27).
Ш 1 (DTV Ciosed Caption icon)
indicates that the current program contains the Ciosed
Caption.
nem (Wide icon)
indicates that the current program is shown in wide
picture format.
In] (Teietext icon):
indicates that there is a Teiext avaiiabie (see page
29).
3. You can seiect an item by pressing A / T and
change or seiect the setting by pressing ◄ / ►.
For detaiis about each item, see the pages in
parenthesis.
• [Titie]: Current titie (or track) number/totai
number of tities (or tracks) (page 30, 32)
• [Chapter]: Current chapter number/totai number
of chapters (page 30)
• [Time]: Eiapsed piaying time (page 32)
• [Audio]: Seiected audio ianguage (DVD ViDEO
oniy) or audio channei (page 31)
• [Subtitie]: Seiected subtitie (page 31)
• [Angie]: Seiected angie/totai number of angies
(page 32)
• [Sound]: Seiected sound mode (page 33)
Note:
if no button is pressed for 10 seconds, the on-screen
dispiay disappears.
