Reports
Select which report to print. There are
four sub menus under the
R e p o r t s
softkey:
Summary
,
Daily
,
Detail
, and
Code List
.
Management
Add and remove materials, customers,
and source IDs and names.
While in a submenu the
TARE
key can be pressed to go
back to the previous menu. If using the PS2 keyboard,
the
ESC
key will take you to the previous menu.
On Weigh-In the AUX1FMT is printed.
On Weight-Out the AUX2FMT is printed.
When printing Shift/Day and Detail All/Pending
reports:
•
AUX3FMT is the header
•
AUX4FMT is each line for each transaction
•
AUX5FMT is the footer/total lines
When printing Summary Reports:
•
AUX6FMT is the header
•
AUX7FMT is the header for Source Reports
•
AUX8FMT is the header for Customer Reports
•
AUX9FMT is the header for Material Reports
•
AUX10FMT is each line for each transaction
for Source Reports
•
AUX11FMT is each line for each transaction
for Customer Reports
•
AUX12FMT is each line for each transaction
for Material Reports
•
AUX13FMT is the sub total line
•
AUX14FMT is the footer/total lines
When printing the Code list reports:

AUX15FMT is the header

AUX16FMT is printed for the Source
•
AUX17FMT is printed for the Customers

AUX18FMT is printed for the Materials
Print Format Commands
When the ADVANCE mode is selected the AUX
formats are changed to generic in/out formatting. This
can be changed using an EDP command. See “Advance
Mode EDP Commands” on page 97.
To see the configuration of the AUX format send:
AUXFMT.FMT#n (where n is the aux format number)
To change the format serially send:
AUXFMT.FMT#n=<><><><CR>
