Crestron MPS-300

Control from a C2N-FTB

The following describes operation of the system when using the out-of-the-box
functionality and a C2N-FTB FlipTop Control Center. If a custom program has been
created, the MPS-300 may function differently.

NOTE: Buttons for the keypad are custom engraved using Crestron SystemBuilder
software. For instructions on installing the buttons on the control center, refer to the
control center’s guide.

The control center has 10 buttons as shown in the following diagram.

C2N-FTB Buttons

Button 1: Power
Button 2: BNC 1
Button 3: RGBHV 3
Button 4: RGBHV 5
Button 5: QM IN 7
Button 6: BNC 2
Button 7: RGBHV 4
Button 8: QM IN 6
Button 9: QM IN 8
Button 10: Lights Pre 1
Button 11: Lights Pre 2
Button 12: Screen
Button 13: Mute
Button 14: Volume Up
Button 15: Volume Down

NOTE: Custom buttons can be created using Crestron Engraver software. For
instructions on installing the custom buttons, refer to the C2N-FTB guide.

When switching sources from the C2N-FTB, the MPS-300 will route the signal to
the projector output and then route the signal to the touchpanel output.

Turn On the System

To turn on the system, press any of the source buttons on the control center. The
selected source will be routed to all of the outputs.

NOTE: Typically, signal routing information is not displayed on the front panel of
the MPS-300. However, if an output button on the MPS-300 was pressed at any
point during operation, routing information will be displayed and updated should any
changes to routing be made.

Turn Off the MPS-300

To turn off the system, press the POWER button.

Raise or Lower the Projection
Screen

To raise or lower the projection screen, press the SCREEN button. The front panel
of the MPS-300 will also indicate the screen’s status.

NOTE: This function will only work if a projection screen’s control lines have been
connected to RELAY 1 (up control) and RELAY 2 (down control).
