Step 22: Loosely attach one of the corners
of the ‘X’ to one of the upper slots of the
kit’s vertical support using a ¼” nut, bolt,
and washer. The preferable slot to use is
dependent upon the distance between the
two triangles, which in turn is dependent
upon the specificities of each installation. If
the collectors are being mounted on a wall
it is usually preferable to install the cross
braces between the two base supports.
Step 23: Loosely attach the ‘X’ to the same
slot on the other vertical support (base
support if performing a wall mount).
