Unpacking the Equipment
The SummaSketch FX package contains the following equipment:
 Tablet with clear plastic overlay
 Convertible transducer with batteries for cordless operation and cable for corded
operation
 PC-compatible interface cable
 25-to-9 pin serial adapter cable
 Power supply
 Drivers/utilities software
 User’s manual

Connecting the Hardware
Follow the below steps to installing the SummaSketch FX tablet.
1. Connect the SummaSketch FX to the computer. Plug the phone-type connector of
the interface cable into the tablet’s top left marked.
