Step 4:
Locate the Main Frame Brackets. Place one bracket over
the Main Frame Lower Half – just above the crossbar. Place the other
bracket on the Main Frame just below the Power Rod pack.
Step 5:
Secure the Main Frame Brackets to your
Bowflex by sliding the long Square Head Bolt through
the holes on the end of the brackets. Make sure that
the bolts’ heads are seated in the square holes.
Tighten Wing Nuts onto end of bolts and tighten
Adjustment Screws.
