This is the virtual template index number that is auto assigned by IOS.

This is a text field provided for a usage description of the virtual
template object. For example, one virtual template could be used for a
PPPoA subscriber without termination, and another could be used for
a PPPoE subscriber with termination on the NRP/NRP2. This attribute
is optional.

This is the authentication type. When none is selected, no
authentication will be performed. PAP will enable Password
Authentication Protocol to authenticate the tunnel. CHAP will enable
Challenge Handshake Authentication Protocol to authenticate the
tunnel.
