300 ml, the vortex speed must be reduced and the nitrogen
pressure must be decreased to prevent the sample from
splashing out. This data for starting volumes over 300 ml
was generated by starting the evaporation at reduced levels
of nitrogen pressure and vortex speed. As the solvent
evaporated, the nitrogen pressure and vortex speed were
increased.
