10 Troubleshooting
10.1 Generating a Detailed Report
The Diagnostic Tool application will display the following information on your system
configuration:
 Software version
 Operating System
 Hardware
 Session ID
In the event that diagnostics are required, you may be asked to provide a Detailed Report from
the Fidelio System.
 To do so launch the Diagnostic Tool application (Figure 66), and using the mini USB to
standard USB connector, connect a USB Thumb Drive.
