When the process is complete, you will receive a message that states, "Report
generated successfully on the USB key," along with the report number (Figure 69).

Press the OK button to complete the process (Figure 69).
It is this .tgz report that you will need to forward to an authorized Doremi Service Center
for further diagnostics.
Depress the Home button (Refer to Figure 8 for v1.1.2; Refer to Figure 24 for v2.2.0) to
return to the Applications Screen.
Note: If the report was not generated successfully, the following message will appear (Figure
70):
