Format Header
A Format Header begins a format. The Format Header is
followed by a series of field definitions, which determine text,
non-printable text, bar code, constant text, line, or box
definitions.
Message Structure

{ Starting token.
F1. F Format header. Enter F.
F2. format# Unique number from 1-999 to identify the format.
F3. action Values:
A Add a new format to the printer.
C Clear an existing format.
F4. device Format storage device.
R Volatile RAM
T Temporary storage. The printer stores the
format only until you use another format.
F5. measure Unit of measure. Values:
E English. Measured in 1/100 inches.
M Metric. Measured in 1/10 mm.
G Graphic. Measured in dots.
F6. length Supply length, in units selected above. The bottom
is the edge that exits the printer first. Ranges:
English 150-800
Metric 380-2032
Dots 288-1536
F7. width Supply width, from left to right, in units selected
above. Ranges:
English 220-420
Metric 559-1064
Dots 423-807
F8. "name" Assign a name, if desired. 1-8 characters. Enclose it in
quotation marks. Enter "" for the printer to assign a name.
