3.4.2 C hanging the toothed beltofthe puller

S w itch the m ain sw itch off.
C hange the toothed beltonly w ith the sew ing unitsw itched off.
– S crew offsheet1.
– Low erthe feeding unitonto the table top m anually.
– S w itch the sew ing unitoff.
– Loosen screw 4.
– P ush block 2 upw ards and release the tension ofthe toothed belt3.
– R em ove the toothed belt3 to the front.
– P uton the new toothed belt.
– P ullblock 2 dow n fortensioning and tighten screw 4.
Ifthe tension is correct,itm ustbe possible to bend the toothed
belt3 in the m iddle by approx.10 m m w ith sensible counter
pressure.
– M ountsheet1 again.
