Programming

Seam 5: The beginning and the end of the seam are de-
termined by the scan points of the photocell, the automatic
label feed is an integral part of the machine operation.
The setting corrects the response delay of the photocell
for the end of the seam. The higher the input value, the
later the end of the sewing process.

Removing sewing pieces from the stacker:

The lift table of the stacker can be lowered to remove se-
wing pieces. To lower and to raise the lift table:

Press

 key.



Moving the sliding table:

For checking the stack of sewing pieces, the sliding table
can be moved forward and rearward. To start the table mo-
vement:

Press

 key.



Manual actuation of the thread clamp:

After the top thread has been passed through the need-
le, the thread clamp is actuated manually to protect the
top thread from being pulled out of the needle when a ma-
chine cycle starts.

Press

 key.

D.3.2 Service menu start level

Photocell correction for end of seam, seam length
and fixed seam end point:

The settings made in this menu refer to the selected needle
and are in close relation to the settings made using the
function key F2 for the beginning of the seam. Enter va-
lue:

The cursor automatically marks the variable value.
To change this value gradually:

Press

0 or / key.

Enter a completely new numeric value:

Enter numbers using numeric keypad.

Confirm input and exit menu:

Press

 key.

NOTE - Checking settings!

The settings must be checked using a sewing piece; if re-
quired, they must be corrected.

Seam 1: The beginning and the end of the seam are de-
termined by the scan points of the photocell.

Seam 2: The beginning of the seam is determined by the
scan point of the photocell, the end of the seam is deter-
mined by a fixed seam length.
The setting refers to the seam length to be fixed. The high-
er the input value, the longer the seam.
Seam 3: The beginning of the seam is determined by a
fixed insertion distance, the end of the seam is determi-
ned by the scan point of the photocell.
The setting corrects the response delay of the photocell
for the end of the seam. The higher the input value, the
later the end of the sewing process.
Seam 4: The beginning of the seam is determined by a
fixed insertion distance, the end of the seam is determi-
ned by a fixed seam length.
The setting refers to the seam length to be fixed. The hig-
her the input value, the longer the seam.
