station should allow at least 2”/5 cm clearance
between the machine and all construction,
whether combustible or noncombustible. To
provide for proper operation and servicing, you
should allow 2 ft/0.6 m clearance at the outfeed
end of the fryer.

In a prominent location, post instructions to be
followed in the event the user smells gas. Obtain
this information by consulting your local gas
supplier.
