Function: Measures the current flowing from the RED TERMINAL to MAINS PE. Test is performed with normal
and reverse mains supply polarity using S2, single fault condition open L2 using S1, and open earth
using S3. For types BF and CF equipment, measure with applied part to ground switch S4 open and
closed.
