If NO is pressed, proceed to Rental Equipment question.

If YES is pressed, the display shows “ENTER RA NUMBER”.
After accepting the Rental Agreement Number entry, the display shows:
“ON HIGHWAY?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
After this input, proceed to ENTER DRIVER #.
If NO is pressed for the RENTAL EQUIPMENT question, the display shows:
“MECHANICS TRUCK?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“DELIVERY TRUCK?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“SHOP USE?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows:
“MISC/OTHER?
PRESS [YES] OR [NO]”
If NO is pressed, the display shows “TRANSACTION ABORTED”.
The display returns to scrolling:
“HOST OFFLINE
Press ENTER”
