Reset Key
When you press
, the following message appears:
Press
to reset the library and tape drives, or press
to cancel the
reset and return to the previous menu or screen.
Power-on Reset
CAUTION: Unless necessary for mechanical reasons, do not turn the power
off while there are cartridges in the tape drives or CHM.
Turn the library off, then on. A power-on reset also resets the tape drives.
NOTE: The library and tape drives can also be reset automatically by SCSI bus resets
or Bus Device Reset messages.
