Forward Settings
FAX > Common > Forward > General
Specify the forward settings.
The settings available on the Forward page are shown below.
Item Description
On All received faxes are forwarded.
Off Faxes are not forwarded.
Activating Time Setting Specifies whether a time is specified.
Activating Time Registers times when the specified requirements are
enabled or disabled. You can register any time between
00:00 and 23:59.
File Name Sets the name of the file created when a fax is forwarded.
Additional Information Appends information such as the date/time, job number and
destination address to the file name.
Add Sender
Information Sets the position appended in the additional information.
The additional information consists of the local FAX number.
