Double-click “
My Network Places” on the desktop, the “My Network Places” will display on the
screen and double-click the UPnP icon with Internet Camera to view your device in an Internet
browser.

Go to
Start > Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center, if
network discovery is off; click the arrow button
to expand the section.
Click Turn on network discovery, and then click Apply.
If you are prompted for an
administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
