Using Zoom
[i.Zoom]
You can use the camera’s Intelligent Resolution technology to increase the zoom ratio up
to 2x higher than the original zoom ratio with limited deterioration of picture quality.
→ [Rec] / [Motion Picture ] → [ i.Zoom]
Settings: [ON] / [OFF]

When [Picture Size] is set to [S], the zoom ratio can be increased to up to 1.5x the original zoom
ratio.
●
[i.Zoom] works automatically in Snapshot Mode or Snapshot Plus Mode.
●
This function is not available in the following cases:
•Panorama Shot Mode
•[Handheld Night Shot] (Scene Guide Mode)
•[Impressive Art], [Toy Effect], [Toy Pop] (Creative Control Mode)
•When recording with [Macro Zoom]
•When [HDR] is set to [ON]
•When [Multi Exp.] is set
•When [iHandheld Night Shot] is set to [ON]
•When [iHDR] is set to [ON]
•When [Quality] is set to [ ], [ ] or [ ]
