Chapter 4 Controlling the Projector
System
This function is to select the system of signal input to the projector. The
available system mode are listed on the pull-down menu button according
to the input signal. Select a system and then click Set button. Also the cus-
tom adjustment mode in the item "Display" and the current mode in the item "Total
Save" are listed on the pull-down menu.
Item Description
Available selection when the Computer[Analog] input
XGA1 ................It automatically switches to the proper computer system of the input signal.
* The computer system mode ((VGA, SVGA, XGA. SXGA, UXGA, WXGA...) which
meet the input signal are listed.
Available selection when the VIDEO/S-VIDEO input
AUTO ................It automatically switches to the proper color system of the input signal.
* The selectable color systems are PAL, SECAM, NTSC, NTSC4.43, PAL-M and
PAL-N.
Available selection when the Y, Cb/Pb, Cr/Pr input
AUTO ................It automatically switches to the proper scanning system of the input signal.
* The selectable scanning systems are 480i, 525i, 480p, 575p, 720p, 1035i, 1080i/50
and 1080i/60.
Indication and selection of the custom mode and Total Save mode
If the custom mode (Mode1 to Mode21, ExMode21 to ExMode50) which is adjusted and stored
in the item "Display" (
☞ p.39) or the mode (Totalsave1 to Totalsave10) which is stored in the
item "Total Save" (
☞ p.50) is available, they are also listed together with the above mode.
