OUTPUT RECTIFIER
REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT
Service and repair should be performed by only Lincoln Electric factory trained personnel.
Unauthorized repairs performed on this equipment may result in danger to the technician or

DESCRIPTION
This procedure will aid the technician in the removal and replacement of the Output Diode
Heat Sink Assembly.
MATERIALS NEEDED
5/16" Nut driver
3/8" Nut driver
7/16" Wrench
Slot head screw driver
Dow Corning 340 Heat Sink Compound (Lincoln E1868)
