3. For a listed service:
a. Enter the telephone number (for example, 5551234 or
9,5551234).
Enter the baud rate (for example, 300, 1200, 2400). b.
c. Enter any other parameters required for that specific service
(such as login, password, account number).
d. Enter [ Y ] when you are asked to make the call.
4. For a service not listed:

Enter the telephone number (for example, 18006245123 or
9,18006245123).
Enter the system name you are calling (for example,
ATTMAIL).
Enter the baud rate (for example, 300, 1200, 2400).
Enter [ Y ] to save this setup to the hard disk on the PC for
future use.
Enter a filename for this setup (typically, the system you are
calling).
Enter [ Y ] when asked to make the call.
Press [ Enter ]; Crosstalk sends the number to the 7400B Data
Module to dial the system.
1 . Press [ Esc ].
2 . At the Command? line, type
bye [ Enter ]
to disconnect from the other computer.
At the Command? line, type 3 .
quit [ Enter ]
to exit Crosstalk and return to DOS.
