3 Set the parameter value.
When the H.P CUE switch (in the BEAT EFFECTS
controls) is pressed, the effect can be confirmed by
listening to the headphones output.
Setting Pitch
÷ Pressing # on the Effect beat selector switch will
increase the pitch setting +33%, +50% or +100%,
while pressing
@ will decrease it –33%, –50% or
–100%.
÷ More precise pitch can be set with the Effect
PARAMETER 1 control (TIME).
Setting the Balance Between Original and Pitch-
Shifted Sound Levels
÷ The balance between original and pitch-shifted sound
levels is set using the Effect PARAMETER 2 control
(LEVEL/DEPTH). Turning this control to the left will
decrease pitch-shifted sound and turning it to the right
will increase it.
4 Turn the Effect ON/OFF switch on.
÷ The Effect ON/OFF switch will flash orange and the
effect (pitch shift) will be applied to master output.
÷ If the switch is pressed once more, the effect will turn
off.
Reverb can be set similarly.
Precautions:
÷ If the channel has been changed with the Effect CH.
SELECT switch when delay, echo (pages 19-21), reverb
and similar effects have been turned on, all of the
reverberation of the prior channel’s effects will be output.
÷ Only operate the Effect selector switch when effects are
off (when the Effect ON/OFF switch is lit orange).
Operating it with effects on could generate noise.
÷ Display when CH-3 has been pitch-shifted by 90%.

3 Ajuste el valor del parámetro.
Cuando se presione el interruptor de entrada en los
auriculares H.P CUE (en los controles de BEAT EFFECTS), el
efecto podrá confirmarse escuchando la salida por los
auriculares.
Ajuste del tono
÷ Presionando # del selector del tiempo del efecto se
incrementará el ajuste del tono en +33%, +50%, ó
+100%, mientras que presionando
@ se reducirá en
–33%, –50%, у –100%.
ч Podrá ajustar el tono con más precisión con el control de
PARAMETER 1 del efecto (TIME).
Ajuste para equilibrar los niveles de sonido original y
con el tono desplazado
÷ El balance entre los niveles de sonido original y con el tono
desplazado se ajusta empleando el control del
PARAMETER 2 del efecto (LEVEL/DEPTH). Girando este
control hacia la izquierda se reduce el sonido con el tono
desplazado, y girándolo hacia la derecha se incrementa.
4 Conecte el interruptor ON/OFF de efectos.
÷ El interruptor ON/OFF de efectos parpadeará en color
naranja, y se aplicará el efecto (desplazamiento del tono) a
la salida principal.
÷ Si se vuelve a presionar el interruptor, se desactivará el
efecto.
El efecto de reverberación también puede ajustarse de forma
similar.
Precauciones:
÷ Si se ha cambiado el canal con el selector del canal de efectos
CH. SELECT cuando se han activado el retardo, el eco
(páginas 19 a 21), la reverberación y otros efectos similares,
se emitirá toda la reverberación de los efectos del canal
anterior.
÷ Opere sólo el selector de efectos cuando los efectos estén
desactivados (cuando el interruptor ON/OFF de efectos esté
encendido en color naranja). Si lo opera cuando los efectos
están activados, podría generarse ruido.
÷ Visualización cuando se ha desplazado el tono del CH-3 en el
90%.
