Function
The external control equipment requests a communications connec-
tion from the display.
When the display has received this command, it returns an ACK to the
external control equipment and notifies that the connection is com-
pleted.

Function
The external control equipment ascertains the power supply condition
of the display and then causes the display to recognize the PC CON-
