The color of the icon for each alert identifies the severity, as follows:
• Green - Information
An informational message or a warning recovery exists.
• Yellow - Minor error
A minor error occurred in an agent component.
• Red - Major error
A major error occurred in an agent component, or no response was received from the
component.
On the AlertViewer window, you can
• Sort messages using any column by clicking the column heading.
• Adjust column widths by clicking and holding the mouse key on the column
boundary while moving it left or right.
• Find more details about a message of interest by double-clicking anywhere on the
message line.
In the Details dialog box, find message information on the General, SNMP, and Report
Status
tabs.
The icon changes to an opened envelope to mark the message as read.
