Selecting the Audio File Set

Here’s how to select and play an audio fi le set that’s saved in USB memory.

Connect the USB memory containing the audio fi le set to the USB
MEMORY connector (p. 22).

Press the [AUDIO KEY] button.

The AUDIO KEY screen will appear.

Press the [F2] (SELECT) button.

The following screen will appear.

Use the VALUE dial to select an audio fi le set, and press the [F2 (LOAD)]
button.

The confi rmation message will appear, then press the [F1] (OK)
button.

The fi le will be loaded into the VP-770.

Changing the Audio File Settings

Here’s how you can edit the audio fi le settings, such as changing the audio fi le played by each key, or

specifying whether the fi le will be played repeatedly.

As described in “Selecting the Audio File Set” (on the preceding
page), load the audio fi le set that you want to edit.

The audio fi le set will be loaded into the VP-770.

If the USB memory does not contain an audio
fi le set that was created using “Audio Key Utility
3,” the display will indicate “External Root.” Even
if the USB memory does not contain an audio
fi le set, audio fi les located in the root level of
the USB memory can be assigned to keys and
played.
