When the CD finishes

The CDR-201A automatically returns to the
recording standby state.

To stop the CD synchronous recording

Stop play at the CD player. The CDR-201A enters
the recording standby state.

Note:
During analog recording, set the input dial on the
amplifier to the CD position and be sure not to
change this setting during recording. If this setting is
changed, the CDR-201A will automatically enter the
recording standby state.

Stop the CD player.

Press the s button on the CD player.

The CD player starts playing and recording starts
at the CDR-201A.

(2) Press the MULTI JOG dial.

Pressing the YES button provides the same
operation.
Press the EDIT/NO button if you cancel the
adjustment operation.

(3) Turn the MULTI JOG dial to adjust the

recording level as desired.

The current level is displayed, ranging from -

∞ to

+18 dB.

Adjust the recording level.

(1) Press the EDIT/NO button and turn the

MULTI JOG dial until "Rec Level?"
appears.

Adjust so that when the recording level is at its
highest, it does not reach "OVER" in the front
display. If OVER is reached, the sound becomes
distorted.

For digital recording
Even if you change the recording level, the
monitor sound level from the DIGITAL OUT
terminal will not change.

(4) After adjusting the recording level, press

the MULTI JOG dial.

Pressing the YES button provides the same
operation.

Adjust the level so that "OVER" will not light.
