CLEARING ALL MEMORY

You can clear all conversations, memos, Directory entries, and Auto-
Answer messages at one time. Follow these steps to clear all memories:
1.

Press .

CLEAR <CONVERSATION> is displayed.

2.

Press

to change the option to <ALL>.

3.

Press .

CLEAR ALL <NO> is displayed.

4.

Press

to change the option to <YES>.

5.

Press .

** ALL MEMORY CLEARED ** is displayed.

RESETTING THE SUPERPRINT PRO80

Resetting the Superprint Pro80 returns all options to their original
settings. It also clears all Conversations, Auto-Answer messages, Memos
and Directory entries.

Follow these steps to reset the Superprint Pro80:
1.

Press the left

key, the right

key, and the

) all at the same time. You will see a version

number and RESET Y/N? on the display.

2.

Press to

reset.

** RESET ** is displayed briefly.

Press

if you change your mind and decide not to reset the

Superprint Pro80.

CLEANING

To clean:
1.

Unplug the Superprint Pro80 from the wall outlet.

2.

Use a damp cloth. Do not use liquid or aerosol cleaners.

Are you sure you

Cleared memory cannot
be retrieved. You may
want to print out the
Directory or other saved
items first (see “The

Important!
Are you sure you

Superprint Pro80?

Resetting the
Superprint Pro80
deletes all your person-
alized settings and
everything stored in
memory. There is no
way to get the contents
back after you reset.
You may wish to print
out the Directory or
other saved items first.
