When finished defining criteria, select either the Print Command to
send the report to the default printer or the Preview Command to view
the report onscreen. (When previewing the report onscreen, you may
print the report or export the report as an Excel or PDF file.)
Previewing
the Report
Onscreen
When you preview the report onscreen, an IntelliTrack Report ribbon
appears above the report. This ribbon includes print and export options.
Print Options
While previewing the report onscreen, two print options are available in
the ribbon:
• Print: Select the Print option to print the report via the Print window.
At this window, select a printer to send the report to, and select report
printing options.
• Quick Print: Select the Quick Print option to accept printer default
settings and automatically print the report to the default printer.
Export Options
While previewing the report onscreen, the PDF or XPS export option is
available in the ribbon. Select the PDF or XPS button to export the report
in PDF or XPS format. When you select this button, the Publish As PDF
or XPS window appears. At this window, the report name appears in the
File name field, PDF or XPS appears in the Save As type field. Click the
