Enter the new password again in the Verify field to verify the new pass-
word for the system.

When you are finished, click the Close button found along the bottom
of the form to close the Change Password form and set the new pass-
word. (Clicking the Cancel button will cancel the password change.)

Defining the
Admin
Password

The Admin password is not defined at system startup (it is blank). To
define the Admin password, refer to the steps below.

Warning: Be sure to keep a record of the password in a safe place. If the
password is forgotten or lost, only an experienced Access programmer will
be able to regain the Admin rights for your system.

1.

Log into the system as the Admin user and select Manage > Security
> Change Password option in the ribbon.

2.

The Change Password form appears for the selected user.

3.

Leave the Old Password field blank (there is currently no password
defined for the user Admin).

4.

Enter an Admin password in the New Password field.

5.

Verify the password in the Verify field.

6.

Click the Close button to close the form and set the new admin pass-
word.

Deleting a
User

You are able to delete a user from the system. To delete a user from the
application, refer to the steps below.

1.

Click Tools > Security > Users option from the ribbon.

2.

The Users form appears.

3.

Click the user that you want to delete from the system.
