4. Make sure the Security Enabled check box is marked. (This means
that security is activated for your system.)
5. Click the Close button to close the form and enable security. Users
have the access rights based upon the security privilege level for the
user access level.
Assigning Security Privileges to System Areas
Security privilege access levels range from one to nine. The security levels
you assign to system privileges are hierarchical.
• Level 1 grants full administrator access. It is the highest access level.
• The lowest possible access level is Level 9. The lowest access level is a
“read-only” level which provides for running reports, querying the
