The meat probe measures the temperature

inside a roast. When the probe detects a

previously set temperature value, the oven will

turn itself off automatically.

Cooking with the meat probe ensures

optimum results for any type of meat or size

of roast.

Placing the meat probe

Use only the original meat probe.

Place the probe before roasting begins.

Insert the probe into the side of the roast so

that the point reaches its centre.

Insert the entire probe up to the handle.

It is recommended that the roast should be

turned over half-way through cooking. Bear

this in mind when placing the probe so as to

avoid problems with it later.

The point of the probe must not be touching

the bone or fatty areas. Also, it should not

be in a hollow area, which could happen

with poultry.

Using the meat probe

Place the roast with the previously inserted

probe into the oven.

Plug the probe into the socket in the upper

left side of the oven.

You will see

on the display once the

probe is connected.

Touch this symbol to see the temperature

recommended by the oven for this type of

cooking. Touch

or

to change the

temperature.

Then touch

.

Finally, select a cooking function or recipe.

During cooking, the display will show

and the temperature currently measured by

the probe, alternating with the selected

temperature.

When the internal temperature of the roast

reaches the programmed temperature, the

oven will turn itself off and you will hear an

alarm.

You can select the following options on the

oven display:

CONTINUE COOKING: The oven will continue

cooking manually with the last cooking

function and temperature that you had

selected.

SAVE RECIPE: You can save the recipe in the

oven memory so you will be able to repeat it

at a later date.

TURN OFF: By touching this option, you will

turn off the alarm and the oven. The food is

cooked and ready to serve.

IMPORTANT

If you wish to modify the probe temperature

setting at any time during cooking, touch

and continue as previously indicated.
