to turn on the oven.

2 Touch

to access the recipe menu.

3 Touch

or

to access the different

recipes. Touch the recipe symbol to select
it.

4 You will then see the symbol and

temperature for the selected recipe on the
display. You will also be asked to confirm
the weight of the food that is to be cooked.

5 Touch the symbols or select the food

weight. Once you have made your selection,
touch

.

6 You will hear 2 consecutive beeps

confirming the chosen recipe and
will flash slowly on the clock. The oven will
begin to cook and for a few seconds you will
see the programmed cooking stop time on
the display.

When you select a recipe and enter a

weight, the oven automatically calculates
the temperature and cooking time needed,
but these values can be changed. Cooking
time starts from a cold oven unless pre-
heating has been specifically indicated.

It is therefore very important to select the

correct food weight so that the ingredients
will be properly cooked.

When cooking with a meat probe, the oven

will determine the cooking temperature only.
The cooking time will depend on the
temperature setting programmed for the
probe.

7 The weight of the chosen food will then be

displayed. This weight can be modified (by
touching the value on the display) only
during the first 10 minutes of cooking time.

8 It will not be possible to modify the weight

after this time.

9 When the pre-programmed time for the

recipe is reached, the oven will switch itself
off, an alarm will sound and the AUTO
symbol will flash quickly. You can select one
of the following on the oven display:

CONTINUE COOKING: The oven will ask you to
select a cooking function to continue cooking
manually.

TURN OFF: You will turn off the beep and the
oven. The food is cooked and ready to serve.
