12.0 Treatment Report Test
Equipment Fluke Impulse 7000 DP Analyzer (or equivalent)
Do this... Observe this... Pass/Fail
12.1 Connect the multifunction cable (MFC) to the
Analyzer, and turn on the Analyzer.
12.2 Turn on the Propaq MD unit, and press the
following quick access keys:

The Clear Log window
displays.
12.3 Select Yes. The unit displays a clearing
the log message. o o
12.4 Press the CHARGE button, select 200 joules,
then press the CHARGE button again.
The unit starts to charge, a
charging tone sounds, and the
Shock button illuminates. o o
12.5 Press the Shock button. The unit discharges the shock. o o
12.6 Wait 20 seconds, press the Treatment quick
access key( ), and select the first code
marker.
12.7 Wait 15 seconds and turn off the unit, then wait
2 minutes and turn on the unit.
12.8 On the Propaq MD unit, press the following
quick access keys:

The Treatment Summary
window displays. o o
12.9 Highlight the second event and press Select. Verify that a green check mark
displays next to the file. o o
12.10 Select Print Treatment Summary. Verify that the recorder prints
out the defib event and the
code marker snapshot. o o
12.11 Turn off the Propaq MD unit.
