STEP 18 ﹒ Enable the Active of first rule, and click Apply to save the setting.
STEP 19 ﹒ Enter User Authentication Æ Policy Configuration, and press QoS Profile button.
STEP 20 ﹒ Select Background for Traffic Class, and specify the total speed and the limitation for Downlink and
Uplink. Click Apply to save the setting and finish the configuration of Policy 2.
