cable connectors must match the color of the ports. You can also verify the connectors
are in the appropriate ports by the PbPrY color coding.

Lastly, check that the cables are terminated using the required 568a standard.

Check the source for proper output settings. The PAN6400 VDC acts as a conduit for
the signal and does not control any signal settings.

PAN6400 VDC is connected to a third-party control device
through RS-232 but the device isn’t recognized.

If you are sure the device is programmed properly and all connections are properly
made and the device does not work, disconnect power to the PAN6400 VDC and
reconnect it while the RS-232 cable is connected. Try to operate the third-party control
device again. If still no operation, contact technical support.

However, disconnecting the power supply reboots the system and causes the PAN6400
VDC to check the RS-232 for a current connection and should resolve the problem.

The audio does not match the display.

When integrating PAN6400 VDC with another system, verify the output ports match
the source number. If the source is plugged into S2, for example, the display, speakers,
and IR emitters must use the appropriate S2 output ports.

Verify that the display you are on has a source connected and powered on.

Also verify that the video connections to the monitor are the same type as your sources.
If the source is connected with component video cables, the monitor must also be
connected with component cables. If the sources connect with different cable types, the
monitor at the headend will only work with some of the sources.
