WESTERN BEEF BARBECUE

Marinate : at least 4 hours or overnight

Cooking time : 1 hour and 20 minutes

* Remember to preheat oven to 482℉ for 6 minutes before

following recipe cooking temperature.

Barbecue Sauce :

Reserved marinade

1 cup canned tomato sauce

cup bottled barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Salt to taste
