RATE_CAL_5POI
NT_CMD

0x60

Runs the 5-point rate calibration at whatever points have
previously been defined.

RATE_CAL_2POI
NT_CMD

0x61

Runs the 2-point rate calibration at whatever points have
previously been defined.

RATE_CAL_AD
VANCED

0x62

This command fills in the 7 calibration points with values
extrapolated from 2 entered points, 2 and 4 of a 5-point
calibration. The 2 percentages are entered at offsets 5 and
6 as in the

RATE_CAL_2_POINTS_DEFINED command,

and

the 2 rates are entered at offsets 7 and 8. The rates have
“rate decimal places”, as set in the FORMAT word at
offset 1.

CALLOWCMD

0x64

Sets the “calLowCount” parameter to the current A/D
average counts when doing a hard calibration. Calls an
Integrated Technician function during low calibration.
Error Return Values:
STATUSWORD - There was a conversion error or A/D
conversion failure.

CALHIGHCMD

0x65

Sets the Span Weight parameter to the current A/D
average counts when doing Hard CAL.
Error Return Values:
STATUSWORD - There was a conversion error or A/D
conversion failure.
HARDCALFAILCOUNTS - There are less than 1000
counts between the zero and the span weights.

C2CALCMD

0x66

Performs a C2 Calibration. Uses CalLowWeight as the
reference point.

Error Return Values:
STATUSWORD - There was a conversion error or A/D
conversion failure.
C2FAILNODEVS – Detected no C2 load cells.
C2FAILCAPEQ - Detected two load cells with different
capacities.

Writes the parameters. See Parameter Table below.
Return Data
:
COMMAND STATUS - The status is 0 if the command
succeeded. If a range error was detected. See Status Table
below.

READPARAM

Reads the parameters. See Parameter Table below.
