Problem: MicroWIN 2000 connects to the dialer via Modem and everything seems fine.
Different things get communicated but it usually disconnects right after they connect and
a COM Error occurs. What can I do?
Change the Modem Port Speed to be 300 baud. This usually will fix this right up. This
will make the connection much slower.
This usually occurs when using a modem that was is not 100% compatible with the
dialer. Slower baud rates (1200 and 2400) between different companies have small
inconsistencies that come to light.
