Voice Mail Message Entry, Access, and Delivery
Enter 5 from the Remote Operation Basepoint (“System Ready”) to access the
Voicemail Message Functions. Following such an entry, the system will prompt for a
specific Voicemail Function Code.
1.
Play or Change Voicemail Message
2.
Query or Change Voicemail Telephone Number
3.
Terminate Call and Dial Voicemail Telephone Number
4.
Clear
Voicemail

Telephone Number List Management Functions
Enter 6 from the Remote Operation Basepoint (“System Ready”) to access the
Telephone Number List Management Functions. These functions allow the editing of
any of the 16 Telephone Number Lists in the system’s memory. There are 16 Lists of
possible telephone number Directory Listings each. Available functions include:
1.
Select Telephone Number List, Position 01
2.
Go to previous or next Telephone Number Position in the Selected
List
3.
Query or Change Directory Number in the current Position
4.
Query or Change Starting Point in Selected Telephone Number
List

Directory Number Management Functions
Enter 7 from the Remote Operation Basepoint (“System Ready”) to access the Directory
Number Management functions. These functions allow the editing of any of the 64
Telephone Numbers contained in the system’s Directory. Available functions include:
1.
Query or Change Telephone Number in the Directory
2.
Go to previous or next Telephone Number in the Directory
