K. Main burners are burning with a yellow flame

(for Gas Models ONLY)...

1. Poor air/gas m ixture (too m uch gas or not enough air) at the burner...

a. Not enough m ake-up air.

b. Restriction in the exhaust.

c. G as pressure is too high.

d. Im pellor (fan/blower) is rotating in the wrong direction only

(for 30 Models ONLY).

e. Burner orifice size (D.M .S. [drill m aterial size]) too large for application (i.e., high elevation).

L. Condensation on main door glass...

1. Too long, undersized, or im properly installed duct work.

2. Back draft dam per is sticking in the partially closed position.

M. Scraping noise at basket (tumbler) area...

1. Check for obstm ction caught in basket (tum bler)/wrapper area.

2. Basket (tum bler) is out of proper alignm ent...

a. Check both the vertical alignm ent and lateral alignm ent.

b. Check for gap between the front panel and basket (tum bler)...bearing set screws m ay have com e

loose, and basket (tum bler) walked forward or backward.

3. Loose basket (tum bler) tie rod.

4. Failed basket (tum bler) support.

N. Excessive noise and/or vibration...

1. Dryer is not leveled properly.

2. Im pellor (fan/blower) out of balance ...

a. Excessive lint build up on im pellor (fan/blower).

b. Failed im pellor (fan/blower).
