25) Replace factory alternator bracket with
modified alternator bracket supplied in kit. Be sure
to place supplied studs in the 3 upper mounting
holes as shown below.
26) Install supplied spacers over the two
exposed studs with 1”in box wrench. Install 3
rd
supplied stud in upper left most mounting hole
of the alternator bracket. Use the supplied
17mm machined bolt on the upper alternator
mount. You can re use the factory alt mounting
bolt on the lower alt mount.
27) Remove the dust shied from your factory
idler and grind off the locking tabs to make the
shield flat as shown.
28) Install your factory idler with dust shields on
both sides the upper left stud, followed by the
provide spacer in the kit with the conical edge
towards the pulley.
