47) Install 2 supplied rubber grommets into
lower intercooler support
48) Install Supplied Blow off Valve and Filter as
shown on Intercooler (If not installed already)
Vacuum port on BOV will be attached to Vacuum
log on brake booster line. (DO Not Forget this
step!)
48) Install intercooler by lifting upwards then
down, seating intercooler mounts into lower
rubber grommets. BOV should be positioned on
the drivers side
49) Install rubber grommet into upper intercooler
support and, secure to upper radiator shroud
through grill, with supplied 10mm bolts as shown.
50) On the passenger side, install supplied 10in 90
degree hose and 3 in hose clamp securing to
intercooler.
51) On the driver’s side, install supplied 10 in 90
degree hose and 3 in hose clamp to intercooler.
Install Aluminum Couplers as shown.
